Maurizio was born in Italy, in the small town of Fiumicino in a family of hereditary restaurateurs. From Italy, he brought a lot of work experience, knowledge and love for local cuisine.
In 2004, Minister Mirko Tremaglia presented Maurizio with a certificate confirming the authenticity of his Italian cuisine outside the Apennine Peninsula.
Therefore, in our restaurant you can taste dishes exactly as they are prepared in Italy, as well as enjoy live seafood delicacies directly from the aquarium: sea urchin, oysters and crabs.
The wine list consists almost entirely of elite wines from different parts of Italy.
